Shipping return for AnnMarie

This charge covers the shipping costs for Order #4438

The order contains 5x 18x6 oak floating shelves

1x shipping to 133 MacArthur Ct, Nicholasville KY 40356 - $18

1x shipping back to customer 4280 Wolf Run Drive Youngstown, NY 14174 - $18

We will sand all 5 shelves down to remove the clear lacquer finish so the customer can stain them.  

To return: 

Please pack up the shelves the same way they were received.  Make sure foam or bubblewrap is along all sides of the shelf.  When sealed the shelves should not move around in the box.  You can keep the hardware and documentation.  All we need are the shelves.  Once sealed, attach the return label to the box and make sure it covers up the old label.  You can take the package to any UPS store to drop it off.  They will give you a receipt for confirmation.  Email us with any questions.  support@theshelfshop.com
