Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for all unmodified products. Items that are customized by dimensions, color or any change not offered on our website are not able to be returned. Returns are accepted 30 days from the date the item is delivered. Items delivered between December 23-26 will have a 35 day window to return the item.
Items must be returned in original condition in order for refund to be processed. No refund will be issued until the product has been returned to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the purchase price before issuing your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Custom orders are not returnable and therefore not refundable.
Damage
It's rare, but it happens. We offer full refund or exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 30 days from date of purchase. If your item has arrived damaged please contact us immediately to figure out a resolution. We will do our best to remedy the situation by sending a replacement or shipping the item back to get fixed. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theshelfshop.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you can either contact us and we will provide a shipping label or you can mail your product to: The Shelf Shop, 133 MacArthur Ct. Nicholasville, KY 40356, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you use our provided shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
