Perfect, great workmanship and very responsive to my inquiries. I purchased 4 shelves - custom sizes and color. I requested the paint color that I recently painted my walls. I got an affirmative response almost immediately. After I place the order, I received regular updates on the progress of the order. When I opened the box, you can see that great care was taken in the packaging of the shelves in order to make sure they would not get damaged in shipping. Love the shelf but hardware was not complete
The hardware was not complete. There were no washers included and they shorted us 4 screws. It also took almost 4 weeks when they said 3.
